Keynex K1 Smart Car Control System

Keynex K1 System is available for iOS devices with support of Ultra Wideband technology (UWB). Those include Apple iPhone 11 and later, except Apple iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation). Keynex app is available in the Apple AppStore to download now. Android support will follow soon.
Ultra Wideband technology (UWB) is not available in the countries or regions listed below: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Nepal, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.
K1 System works best for vehicles with “Push-to-start” buttons. Such vehicles can be operated from the Keynex App without the need of a physical key.
To use your K1 System from the app to start, open doors, open the trunk, etc, you will have to spare one key fob. It should be disassembled and soldered inside the main K1 box. It’s a standard procedure performed by almost any car service on a regular basis for car security systems.
What do I do if I lose my smartphone or it is stolen? If you find that you are missing your mobile device, do the following as soon as possible: A. Remotely block your smartphone using another device, so no intruder can log into the app, find, open, or start your vehicle. B. Email the Keynex tech support, and we will block the functions in the app that allow communication with your vehicle.
What happens if a user with 'temporary' access to the vehicle goes outside the travel area or the key expires? If you find that you are missing your mobile device, do the following as soon as possible: A. Remotely block your smartphone using another device, so no intruder can log into the app, find, open, or start your vehicle. B. Email the Keynex tech support, and we will block the functions in the app that allow communication with your vehicle.
What happens if a user with 'temporary' access to the vehicle goes outside the travel area or the key expires? The user will receive a notification that they need to return to the travel area within 15 minutes or notify the owner of the expansion of such area. If that is not done, the access to the vehicle will be limited. In that case, the following actions will not be possible: starting the engine, central lock management, trunk management.
I changed my smartphone. What do I do? There are two ways to start using the Keynex application on a new mobile device. A. You can set it up by using the backup from the old smartphone or by transferring the information directly. In that case, all the information in the app will remain. B. Install the Keynex app on your new smartphone and log in. The home page will show all your vehicles, but information on previous routes and statistics will be lost.
